Kestral and Guide Dogs Australia – “giving you the complete picture”
In October 2007, Kestral added a very special new member to our team. Like our healthcare systems, our new team member is friendly, adaptable, highly intelligent, inquisitive and very cute. Her name is Amie and she has 10 brothers and sisters. Amie is fluffy and cuddly wth a wet nose.
Amie is a pup from the Guide Dogs of Australia; born on October 17th in Melbourne to hard-working guide dog parents Betty and Woodruff. Kestral is sponsoring Amie’s training from birth on her way to following in Mum and Dad’s pawsteps as the best friend to a sight-impaired person.
As Amie grows and learns the tricks of the trade, we will receive updates on her progress. The team at Kestral will be very pleased to see her graduate as a qualified Guide Dog when, like our products strive to do, she will give someone ”the complete picture”.
Kestral are proud to be associated with the Guide Dogs of Australia and the wonderful community service they provide. We look forward to hearing all about Amie’s journey and we will post up-to-date information to our Community page – watch this space!
