Pathology Applications Support Consultant – Perth or Melbourne

We are currently looking for a suitable candidate to join either our Perth or Melbourne office in the role of Pathology Applications Support Consultant.

The successful applicant will join an energetic team delivering software solutions and support to the Australian and New Zealand radiology and pathology industries.

Kestral is offering a permanent full-time role in customer and application support, focusing on our existing pathology clients and implementing solutions for new customers.

Candidates with a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn and the ability to thrive in a busy and challenging environment should apply.

Requirements:

• At least two years experience working in a pathology laboratory
• Strong customer focus
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of clients
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and networking
• Ability to use initiative in solving problems
• A strong interest in IT

Applicants who also possess relevant IT qualifications will be considered favourably. Remuneration will be negotiated commensurate with experience.
