Quality Policy

It is the declared policy of Kestral Computing Pty Ltd that all our efforts are focused on supplying computer software that fully meets the needs and expectations of our customers and to an assured level of quality. We are committed to achieving total customer satisfaction by delivery of software with minimal defects on time and within budget.

In order to achieve these aims and objectives, the management of Kestral Computing Pty Ltd has committed itself to a quality assurance system based on the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2008. In addition, Kestral is committed to assuring that our procedures and systems meet statutory and regulatory requirements such as the Privacy Act, December 2001. Knowledge of, and adherence to, such standards and requirements, underpin our products, procedures and policies, and therefore form a basis for Kestral’s business planning.

Kestral Computing requires all employees to accept their share of responsibility for the quality and reliability of our software products. Furthermore, all staff are made aware of the need to accept this responsibility and to fulfil customer requirements through the establishment and publication of policies, procedures and documented systems. The documented quality management system is regularly reviewed by management to ensure continuing suitability and effectiveness in meeting customer and company needs.

Should opportunities for improvement be identified, or problems arise at any level in the company, procedures exist to ensure that effective action is taken to ensure resolution and continuous improvement. This policy of striving for continuous improvement, coupled with provision of adequately trained staff, suitable work environment and physical resources, and a clear determination and definition of our customer requirements, will lead to customer confidence in our ability to provide outstanding software products.

This policy is fundamental to the Company’s operation and we ask for and commit all staff of Kestral Computing Pty Ltd to actively support, abide by and implement our policies and procedures in order to enhance our reputation for customer focus and ability to meet their needs.
